I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Goran Knezevic, and I am the owner of "KGF" (company (my initials, my late father's and my son's initials) with headquarters in Zadar, Croatia. I was born in 1964 and ever since I was a little boy, at the age of five, I participated in my late father's work in construction and I continued working in that business my whole life. For 20 years I lived and worked in Switzerland but I decided to return to Croatia and this is where I work and live now.

At this time, we are bringing our work on one old villa in Zadar to an end (photos are in references). Villa was built in 1909, during a secession period; it was neglected for a long time and devastated. I did a full reconstruction and brought this villa to its original state with some additions such as winter garden and a swimming pool.

All these works are unique, unrepeatable. I hope my work will be interesting to you and that my ideas will have, as always before, a positive response. Besides the complete construction of new buildings, I am also prepared to perform the reconstructions of existing old and neglected villas, such as the secession villa in Zadar that I take such a special pride in.
