All these works are unique, unrepeatable. I hope my work will be interesting to you and that my ideas will have, as always before, a positive response. Besides the complete construction of new buildings, I am also prepared to perform the reconstructions of existing old and neglected villas, such as the secession villa in Zadar that I take such a special pride in.
I have ready and unique conceptual solutions for more luxurious villas to be built in a similar stile (you may find photos under the link conceptual solutions), and the fifth villa will be built near Zadar. The building area is determined by the client according to the property size and client's wishes although the ideal foreseen area of this building is 16 x 18 m, and 12 m in height. The interior floor plan and decoration is done in collaboration with the architect and according to the client's wishes. The optimal land area for this construction would be 1000 to 1500 m2. Constructing several such buildings in the very vicinity of each other forming an elite neighborhood would make an interesting project. For those interested in such projects on the coast we are ready to provide a full service including the search for the right property. I am prepared to work anywhere in Croatia as well as in Europe, depending on the client's needs.

I have prepared a design for a much bigger villa, a castle, in the old villa style as well. This drawing is also in the conceptual solutions. Castle 'Francesco' consists of four towers connected by staircases and walkways. In the middle there is a glass dome, a fountain and a garden. On each tower there is a panoramic elevator, and at the top a space for a swimming pool or a heliport. Under the building there are underground garages and other equipment necessary for such building. The foreseen surface of the building is 50x50m, and the tower heigth cca 20m. The optimal land surface would be 4000 to 5000 m2.
